    Hi,
    Is the complaint section plus data logging section working?
    I'm asking because I've opened a complaint a month ago and didn't get any answer plus I'm not getting any answer also through data logging.
    It appers that Autel is not very good with the promisses they make on training videos and selling ad's.

     I've gotten 2 responses of the 4 data logs I've sent. They were errors on my end. 1st was a wrong type of transponder key was used. 2nd I was under the VW CV menu and not the VW. CV stands for Commercial vehicle.

     they were on their new year/spring festival vacation since jan 21 to feb 18 I believe, if you sent them around that time, then  yes they were  most likely ignored.
